French President Emmanuel Macron has revealed details of a long-awaited anti-separatism bill, which includes a ban on home-schooling in most cases, and requirements for any institution seeking public funds to sign a charter on secularism. FRANCE 24’s French political affairs editor Marc Perelman, says Macron specifically addressed Islamic separatism. The bill will now be presented to cabinet in December.
