It has become popular culture recently to assume that eating a steak that is anything less than well done is “unsafe” to eat and quote on quote “the cow is still mooing”. To inform the misinformed. The bacteria on a clean cut of steak only lives on the outside. As long as you sear the outside of the meat how ever rare it may seem on the inside, it is very much safe to eat. People think that undercooked meat will give you parasites, but this is only the case if you have a lack of stomach acid to kill these pathogens. I diet high in carbohydrates and grains would give you this issue. That is why I suggest a grain free diet and my keto plan which will be available soon.
