Kasol is a beautiful place in the Northern Himalayan ranges and is surrounded by lush green deodar trees all around in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh and situated in Parvati valley. The name of Parvati valley is because of Parvati River flowing across Kullu to Kasol. Kasol is just about 25 kilometre from Kullu city and text around one hour to reach kasol from Kullu.
The transport services available are taxi or bus. Kasol has been an off beat escape in Northern Himachal but now a days it's getting more popular day by day and crowd of tourists are also increasing year by year. Kasol is also called as mini Israel because lots of foreign tourists from Israel country visit this place and they like it very much. From kasol one can go to Manali via Kullu and takes 1 hr to reach Kullu and from Kullu one hr to Manali total 2 hours time is taken to reach Manali.
The accommodation for tourist is available ranging from economic to premium and it has the many alternate accommodation available like camping and tents, B and B, Homestays, Guest house and some premium Hotels. Kasol is famous for cafes and eating places. One can have a beautiful drive through Road and on the side of Parvati River and the area between Kullu and Kasol is Parvati valley.
