A completely new unique handcrafted POI, that you will seamlessly be able to get to from Neon City. This mod will feature a whole entire island to explore with immersive lore and things to discover, NPC's and Shops, a mission tied to it all and your own player home on the island. This will also feature a new unique way of travel as my plan is to implement a boat that behaves similar to the rover in water which will get you from Neon to Neon Island. I've always felt that Volii Alpha needed more than just the city of Neon, and I've always wondered where exactly did they first land before building Neon? So this will answer those questions and give you another reason to head to Volii Alpha. This is a very large project and I'm learning more and more as I keep going, this will be my first paid creation. I haven't decided a price yet but I think it will be well worth it and a good representation of a paid mod as I'm really putting my heart into it and it's taken me over 2 months to get to this point. I also feel as if it’s something the game needs and a lot of people want more unique locations outside of the major cities that you can seamlessly travel to. I hope when it finally releases in the future it'll be worth the wait. Look at it as a MillsBuilds DLC for Starfield..
