Panda Express Beijing Beef is an awesome copycat of the original with crispy strips of marinated beef, bell peppers and sliced onions, tossed in the wok with a tangy sweet and spicy sauce.

INGREIDENTS:
BEEF MARINADE:
1lb sirloin steak cut in 1/8 inch thickness
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup corn starch
oil for frying
SAUCE:
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar white
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
MIX WELL
COOKING:
3 tbsp oil
1/2 large onion chunks
1/2 red bell pepper chunks
3 garlic cloves minced
