🌴Ingredients
2 pack mince beef 750g
1 tsp scotch bonnets Pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp scallions
2 tsp fresh thyme
1/2 onion
1 tsp pimento seed
🌼Seasoning
2 tsp All Purpose Season
2 tsp jerk powder season
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp turmeric
1/2 salt
.200g Beef suet or substitute to butter or margarine
.1/2 stick Lard butter/optional
2 tsp browning
2 tsp Ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
8 cups of plain flour or less
📌Baked for 25 to 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius or 360 degrees
