The U.S. Embassy in Prague is pleased to support the 2016 SIGNAL festival (October 13—16) for the third year in a row by helping to bring innovative American artist Zachary Lieberman to the Czech Republic. His playful interactive installation "The Reflection Studies" gives the SIGNAL visitors an opportunity to explore and create art using light and shadow.
