Las Fallas celebrations occur in Valencia and Denia, Spain each year, culminating with the celebration on St. Joseph's Day, March 19th. The Fallas depict social commentary or criticism. They are burnt down on the evening of March 19th, along with fireworks and related festivities. It is quite a spectacle to see and this video depicts some of the 2011 Fallas in Denia, Spain and shows the burning process.
