"Sherlock Holmes: The Speckled Band", tells the tale of a young woman, Helen Stoner, who visits Holmes and Dr. Watson, fearing for her life as recent events begin to mirror those that led up to her sisters untimely death.

“The Speckled Band” is a prequel to the 2014 Tady Brothers Film, “The Dying Detective.” Sir Arthur Conan Doyle himself has listed “The Speckled Band” as among his favorite of the 56 Sherlock Holmes short stories.
