First Encounter: Al Capone and Dildo Rockets. Chicago Enforcer is a budget shooter from Monolith Productions' B-Team at Lithtech which was released in the same year as their landmark title F.E.A.R. While not as technically impressive as its triple A counterpart, Chicago Enforcer is still a great $20 game in its own right. The multiplayer component features classic arena shooter style action with a 1920's prohibition-era weapon set that features classics like the tommy gun and lead pipe, as well as prohibition era takes on arena shooter staples, such as the dildo rocket (Chinese firework) rocket launcher.
