We ventured to the heart of Montreal's Korean fusion scene at Ganadara and had our tastebuds tingling!
First up, the Takowasa: Adventurous eaters, this one's for you! It's tender, raw octopus marinated in a fiery wasabi sauce. Next, the Galbi Sal Skewers - marinated beef short rib skewers that were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We couldn't resist the Crispy Chicken Skin Strips - a delightful textural contrast with a satisfying crunch. For the main course, we dove into the Bulgogi Kimchi Poutine: a unique twist on the classic Canadian dish featuring bulgogi ground beef and a surprising (but delicious!) baked kimchi cheese curd combo.
