So, after several months of radio silence and Kero the Wolfs submissions on YouTube being significantly lower in frequency than it had been, he left one tweet with four documents he'd written up stating his intent on leaving the Furry Fandom. The controversy to follow him from several months ago to today has left a black stain on the fandom, and has divided a significant proportion of the fandom between his supporters and detractors. As for the truth on whether or not he was guilty of the allegations levied against him, most of us have more or less accepted him as guilty, with a sizable proportion either overlooking the evidence or asserting him to be innocent.
I'm not particularly surprised, but what I was surprised was with how many people seemed to vouch for Kero in spite of everything that has happened or come to light, and that Kero the Wolfs subscriber count on YouTube hadn't decreased all that much since the controversy had seemingly evolved over the course of just a few months. Can't says as I'm happy when a furry decides to leave the fandom, but in Keros case, I also can't say that I'm too broken up about that either.
I would say this is a conclusion of sorts, but Kero left a hint that he'd be coming back when he stated that he'd be leaving the fandom "until further notice." Whether that means two weeks, two months, or two years, I can't say, but, I guess if all of this blows over, he might be back in one form or another, as himself or as another fursona that he adopts as his new identity should he take that route.
