Looking for the Holy Spirit in Spili crete.

The idea was to visit the ancient Venetian fountain, but I ended up looking for the Holy spirit far up in the mountains.

The trip from the village in spili was well over 2 km, but maybe it just felt like more as the trip goes up the mountain and down again.

if you ever visit Spili in crete then you should definitely go the beautiful walk up the mountain, not because you have to see the Holy Spirit as there is not much to see other than an ancient church with lots of history, and history you will find in spili museum where there is a fantastic host who can tell you much more about this peaceful and beautiful city of Spili.
