Former Union Ministers Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and advocate Prashant Bhushan move Supreme Court seeking review of the top court's December 14th order on the Rafale deal. In their review plea, the trio alleges that the judgment 'relied upon patently incorrect claims made by the Modi Government in an unsigned note given in a sealed cover'. Remember, the supreme court had dismissed all PILs alleging irregularities in the procurement of 36 Rafale jets from France. Taneia Bhardwaj caught up with Prashant Bhushan to talk on the same.
