-If you are building, choose a 16" barrel.
-If you want a 14.5" pinned/welded barrel setup, buy a built upper from a reputable manufacturer
-If you want an SBR type rifle, get a legitimate SBR. A pinned/welded 14.5 is not an SBR substitute.
