Novelis Prepared is a colleague-led grassroots initiative with the goal of having 100% of the Novelis workforce certified in CPR, AED and basic first aid. It was started as a pilot at Novelis’ World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia in late 2016. As of May 2017, all 551 colleagues at this location have been certified by the Red Cross.
