Samwu and Salga returned to the negotiating table today. Salga has
made a 4% wage offer, while Samwu is demanding an 8% increase. Samwu's
Papikie Mohale says they're optimistic that the employer will come to
the table. But Mohale accuses the National Treasury of meddling
in Bargaining Council's affairs after issuing an advisory to municipalities.
