The only electronic instrument in the early days of „Krautrock“ had been electronic organs. I still have one – a Yamaha YC20 – and it still works fine after 50 years. But this beast weighs 27 kg, a nuisance to transport. Some weeks ago I discovered a tiny version of the YC in a music shop, tried it, had fun and took it with me. It looks a little bit like a toy, has only a miniature keyboard – but the sound is close to the original. And I can take it to concerts...
