Deputy President William Ruto has hit back at his political nemesis ODM leader Raila Odinga, saying; he is too stingy to be the country's president.

According to DP Ruto, who met political and religious leaders from Samburu and Kajiado counties, it baffles him that the ODM leader can expect votes from Kenyans, yet he does not come to their aid in their times of need, especially the churches.
