As there was some time to wait before my train home was due I decided to do some more filming which resulted in this video. Three intermodal trains would pass through the station in a short space of time which was awesome and their details are listed below.
Intermodal 1 was en route to Coatbridge Terminal hauled by two Class 86 electric locomotives.
Intermodal 2 was en route to Hams Hall Terminal hauled by a single Class 66 diesel locomotive.
Intermodal 3 was en route to Ditton Terminal. This was also hauled by a single Class 66 diesel locomotive.
Another bonus was that the 17:02 London Liverpool St to Norwich service, which is still currently operated by Class 321 units had multiple liveries. It comprised of one of the former Northern Class 321/9 or Class 322/4 on the front, a Renatus unit in the middle and a plain white unit on the rear.
Incredibly, one of the former Northern Class 322 units (322 484) appeared too having arrived from London Liverpool St coupled to two Class 321 units.
Stay safe everyone and I hope you enjoyed watching this video.
