Premium 2 telur
75gr air putih
75gr susu cair
75gr butter
2 telur ukuran besar
75gr terigu pro sedang atau rendah
50gr keju parmesan
1/2 sdt baking powder
Ekonomis 3 telur
210gr air putih
100gr margarine
110gr terigu pro sedang atau rendah
3 telur
70-100gr keju cedar parut
3/4 sdt baking powder
Isian coklat
100gr coklat compound di cairkan
Oven tangkring
25 menit di suhu 190C (api besar)
45 menit suhu 120-130C api kecil
20 menit tanpa api
Oven gas api bawah saja
20 menit suhu 190C no 6
20 menit suhu 120-130C no 2
20 menit tanpa api
Oven Listrik api atas bawah
20 menit suhu 200C
10 menit suhu 120-130C
10-20 menit tanpa api
*waktu oven bisa lebih cepat atau lambat tergantung oven masing2
Hasil akhir harus sedikit kecoklatan, bila masih kuning mudah melempem, kec bila ingin di isi coklat
Agar garing terus, pastikan packing nya bagus. Pakai jar yang ulir dan di selotip.

75gr medium or low pro flour
50gr parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling
100gr melted chocolate chips
Top and bottom fire electric oven
20 minutes temperature 200C
10 minutes temperature 120-130C
10-20 minutes without fire
*Oven time can be faster or slower depending on each oven
The final result should be a little brownish, if it's still yellow it's easy to stick, it's too bad if you want to fill it with chocolate
To keep it crisp, make sure the packaging is good. Store in air tight container
