This is a story about a group of innovative detectives who were supported and empowered by management. This allowed for an intensive collaboration with outside agency colleagues, district attorneys, and a group of highly motivated engineers to develop a BETA software solution that greatly expands the capabilities of law enforcement to analyze and see data. The new information helps the detectives in the Special Investigation Division to solve the known unknowns.
