Italy's former Prime Minister says he will fight the seven year jail term given to him for sex with an underage prostitute. Silvio Berlusconi was also convicted of abuse of office and given a lifetime ban from politics. Al Jazeera's Charlie Angela reports from Milan, that he will not ctually be imprisoned.
