For tonight we have a deep seep meditation with sleep music to fall asleep to. This sleep meditation is tailored most specifically to helping you get back to sleep if you’ve woken up during the night. In parts, it will be a little different to our usual meditations. However, it’s also perfectly fine to listen to this at the start of the night, when you’ve not long got into bed. If so, you can still follow my words and drift off to sleep as normal.
