Today we talk about the newly announced Amaran 100d, 200d, 100x, and 200x! Aputure released some really cool budget lights in their Amaran lineup today along side the Aputure 600d Pro. Both the 100d and 200d are super high output COB lights that have a colour temperature of 5600K, and output comparable to the Aputure 120d and 300d!

Their counterparts, the 100x and 200x, are bi-colour variants of the daylight models, featuring an adjustable colour temperature of 2700K-6500K. All of these lights come in at a great, budget friendly price bracket, starting at $200USD up to $350USD. What do you think about the new lights from Aputure? Could they crush the competition like Godox? Or could these lights be the new Aputure 120d/300d killers?
