Amazing family friendly day at the Seaside, Day trip to Lytham and St Anne’s on the Fylde coast near Blackpool, Lancashire. In the north west of the UK. What a beautiful place, especially on a warm sunny day, if you’re bored and looking for something to do why not have a drive to the beach and come to Lytham/St Anne’s it’s Blackpool’s quieter and more subdued neighbour, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do. There’s lots to see and do in the area, donkey rides, a walk on the pier, paddle in the sea, fish and chips or an ice cream on the front. There’s lots of nice looking hotels and B&B’s to choose from.

I’m already planning my next trip here and we’ll be staying over and making the most of a few days away. Covid has had us locked down long enough, time to live life to the full again.

Great meeting up with family, see us surprise my Sister and nephew who didn’t know we were coming to meet them.

There’s a fantastic miniature railway and a great kids play park. There really is loads to do if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Blackpool (Which I also love going to).

Another Fantastic Daddy Daughter Day for me and Alice with the added bonus of seeing family.
