Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute workout that you can use to help improve your ability to pass and receive the ball. Passing and receiving of the ball are fundamentals of football; unless you don’t touch the ball, it’s impossible to go through a game without performing these skills. A great pass can unlock defences and create a goalscoring opportunity, and a great first touch can set you up to make that pass. Therefore, it’s essential that you consistently perform drills and exercises that focus specifically on your passing and receiving of the ball.
