The Crown season 5 cast introduces many new faces to the Netflix show playing familiar characters we have seen in previous seasons and of course in the history books.

The drama inspired by true events has moved to the 1990s and things are looking fairly troublesome for the Queen and The Crown as we join the story.

But as we say goodbye to Olivia Colman and Tobias Menzies as the Queen and Prince Philip, it’s time for us to meet a new cast and learn a little about where we may have seen them before.

The Crown season 5 cast includes; Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, Jonny Lee Miller as John Major and Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker Bowles to name but a few.

Also, look out for Natascha McElhone as Penny Knatchbull and Dominic West’s real-life son Senan West playing Prince William in the series.
