Bill Engvall: Every year we take a trip across the country going back to the ranch, just me and my son. It's our time to be buddies, or dad and son or whatever the situation might call for. Apparently there has been this popularity of topless steakhouses popping up. They are legitimate restaurants, it's just that the waitresses are topless. And they don't advertise this.
