Stir fried choy sum fa with prawns😍 菜心花炒虾😋
Prep the vege by peeling off the outer hard layer of the stem part.
1. Saute garlic till aromatic.
2. Add in the prawns, season with some white pepper, stir fry till it loses it's raw colour.
3. Add in the stem part, stir fry for a few minutes, followed by the leafy parts. Season with some oyster sauce.
4. Next, add in some water, bring it to boil for few minutes.
5. Add in the corn flour mixture (a teaspoon of corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water), stir while pouring. It acts as a thickening agent.
6. Once the stem part is soften, is done! 😍
