Gibson has recently re-introduced a guitar model that they originally introduced in the 1980's, the Gibson Victory. Designed to be Gibson's take on the popular super strat design, the offset body and pickup switching options provide a nuanced take on the idea of the 24 fret "super strat". Already this guitar has been polarizing and it became a sales failure in the 1980s. Can Gibson win with the Victory this time?
