This cost-effective fully automatic robotic super compact unscrambler (1900mm x 3250mm) with integrated bottle hooper and feeder was developed by U2 Robotics group for tool-less changeover. Machine can handle wide range of bottles with speeds of up to 60bpm. It's operator friendly and require minimum attention from operators and maintenance team (just set it and forget it concept). Clear guarding provides full visibility of the machine. System can be integrated with cleaning station, inspection, orientation, with or without pucks, and with various types of conveyors (magnetic, vacuum, conventional).
