The Russian defence ministry has claimed that its Su-27 fighter jet has once again chased away British RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft, which was accompanied by two Eurofighter typhoons near its border. Russia claimed that it dispatched the Su-27 to thwart "threat" near its border. This is the second time in two days that such an intercept has happened amid Russia-NATO tensions over Ukraine war.
