The middle of 2021 has been an interesting time for SCT Logistics with a number of different locomotives being used on their services by several different leasing companies along with their own fleet.
Trains from the Adelaide Hills & Nullarbor Plain feature 7 different types of locomotives used to haul these big 1800 meter, 6000-ton trains across Australia. Locomotive's such as the LZ introduced in 1967 and CSR's from less than 10 years ago feature. Rail First's C503 in one of its last runs in South Australia also appears on a six locomotive service and EL60/EL62 twice, once on a push and pull rescue service.
