Today i prepared,protein powder.
For this recipe we need,
Peanut 1cup(150g) -39g protein
Almond 1 cup(150g) -31g protein
Chickpeas 1 cup(164g) -14.5g protein
Pumpkin seeds 1 cup(120g) -23g protein
Chia seeds 1 cup(175g) -30g protein
Total Protein Count 137.5g
Per tbsp protein powder contains around 4 gm of protein.
