Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Civil Aviation Minister, has unveiled a brand-new terminal building at Tezu Airport in Arunachal Pradesh. Tezu Airport, a domestic facility nestled within the city of Tezu, operates with a single runway. Notably, this airport holds significant strategic value for India, given its proximity to the Chinese border. Sprawled across 212 acres of land, the airport is fully equipped to handle ATR 72 aircraft operations. These advancements are set to enhance connectivity and facilitate the movement of security personnel in the vicinity of the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
