I needed to get some cards returned to a stamper so I decided to do a spray sealing video and try the spray out on both gold foil and rainbow holographic at the same time. I was curious to see how the solvent in the acrylic spray might affect the oil based pigment inks on all of these cards. The weather today, when spraying these is in the upper 70s and I did thin coats so that the coats would dry quickly. That being said, there were no negative effects that I could see with the inks. I didn't know if they would go back into solution or separate on the foil and holographic paper almost like a bleaching effect. So, good news with the spraying potential of these combinations of media and surface. This is a really sloppy video as it was really breezy out and the cards were flying around with any little gust. You usually want to spray earlier in the day or just with little to no wind but I needed to get these done.
