Natali lives in Santa Elena, Colombia with her family. She started her journey at Pomario on the processing line sorting fruit and vegetables, and has since advanced her career within the social enterprise. Today, she manages a team.

In 2022, Latin America and the Caribbean moved up into third position suggesting the region is taking concrete steps to create opportunities for women in workplaces, education, and decision-making positions. 👉🏼As part of NESsT’s acceleration program, the enterprise attained significant growth, gained organic certification, and more than doubled its number of marginalized employees – achievements that meant the social enterprise was able to secure additional funding with NESsT through the Lirio Fund.
