-Boiling your potatoes before roasting helps make sure that you get that beautiful crisp crust on the outside. If you don't parboil your potatoes, the outside skin will remain quite tough.
Let me share with you this yummy roasted potato recipe ❤️
Ingredients:
* baby potatoes- 20 pcs
* minced garlic - 1 tso
* butter 1/4 cup
* fresh parsley
* ground pepper
* paprika
* salt
* olive oil
* mayonnaise for dipping
- boil potatoes 10-15 minutes or until tender
- drain water and let it dry
- slightly press the potatoes with the potato masher to have a little crack
- drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika
- mix together the minced garlic and melted butter
- pour the butter mixture over potatoes
- toss potatoes until evenly coated with the butter and other seasonings
- top with parsley
- roast baby potatoes in a preheated oven 400F / 200C for 20 mins until crisp and golden brown
- serve immediately and enjoy it with mayo dip or your favorite dipping sauce
