Ingredients- Brownie Layer
-20g @pescience chocolate truffle protein powder (discount code FIT15)
-20g all purpose flour
-6g coconut flour
-8g unsweetened cocoa powder
-2g baking powder
-100ml unsweetened almond milk
-24g light butter
-30g nonfat Greek yogurt
-10g mini chocolate chips
Ingredients- Cookie Base
-10g @pescience vanilla protein (discount code FIT15)
-6g coconut flour
-18g light butter
-5g zero calorie sweetener
-2g baking powder
-3ml vanilla extract
-5g mini chocolate chips
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Combine the ingredients for the brownie layer (chocolate chips last)
-Spray a 6.5 inch mini cast iron skillet with cooking spray, and pour in the batter
-In another bowl, combine ingredients for the cookie dough
-Add into globs on top of the brownie batter layer, then bake for 20 mins
