Little girl buys post card for writing to Marshal Petain and walks away / Little girl writes to Marshall Petain helped by lady / Little boy writing letter / Little girl posting letter / Parcel and bags of letters being carried by men / Letters tipped out of bags / Men opening and reading letters / Postman into Hotel du Parc with pile of letters and handing letters over to receptionist / Sign "HOTEL DU PARC" pan down to 3 little girls towards and into Hotel / Marshal Petain at desk reading letters
Envelope addressed to Marshal Petain and letters and drawings (last one representing Marshal Petain greeted in the States by General Pershing) / Little girl (Francoise) with a man being led to Marshal Petain's room in Hotel / Francoise knocks at door and smiles at camera then opens door and goes in shutting it behind her, clutching letter / Francoise enters from end of room with letter and bows in front of Petain / Francoise runs towards Petain and gives him the letter / Petain reading letter / Francoise leans against Petain and he kisses her
Petain gives Francoise the post card which he sends to all kids of France and she looks at it / Card showing photo of Petain and his message in French / Little boy reading card / Scout reading card / Girl reading card / Boy reading pan to post card / Petain.
