Just Installed a New AT-5555 From the UK and there on Channel 19 FM was a Russian Weather Forcast for Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and other cities. Seems to be receiving well hehe. The board inside is the new V3 6/9/2010 and it is indeed an RF GAIN version and not the RF Rain that the box is showing, Serial Number under 310 and made October 2010
