Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls BJP and the JDS are set to join hands. Senior BJP leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has confirmed the development. There has been a strong buzz of alliance ever since both parties lost in Karnataka assembly polls. Yeddyurappa said that JDS supremo HD Deve Gowda met Prime Minister Modi and even finalised four seats. Karnataka Chief Minister and Congress leader Siddaramaiah reacted to the development and said that Congress won't be affected by the alliance.
