When light passes through a lens, some of it gets absorbed or scattered, resulting in a loss of brightness. By silvering the lens, we can increase its reflectivity and redirect more light in the desired direction.

In this video, Our expert, Mr. Amit Verma (AV Sir), Joint Director and Head NEET Division, explains the Silvering of lens in an easy way to remember while applying formulae, and while solving numerical problems based on them.
