JIIPE consists of 3,000 Ha divided into an 1800 Ha Industrial Estate, a 400 Ha Deep Seaport, and an 800 Ha Residential area. JIIPE is the first large-scale integrated project in Indonesia that combines a deep seaport, a modern industrial park with high-quality infrastructure, and an international standard residential township. It is well connected to various destinations in Java and other parts of Indonesia by sea, toll road, and railways, and to the rest of the world by a deep seaport.
