Thirteen citrus varieties mentioned:

Water: I water the established trees once every 2 weeks (flooding) and the newer trees twice per week.
Fertilization: I use Arizona's Best Citrus Food (13-10-4) during three holidays:
1. Valentine's Day (February)
2. Memorial Day (May)
3. Labor Day (September)
Only the buddha's hand is frost covered below freezing, and all others are not frost covered or sun protected in our Arizona Zone 9b temperature range of 25F-120F. These trees are amazingly hardy!
