There’s never been a more exciting time to be working in asset management in China. The industry is relatively new to China, but over the past 20 years we’ve seen enormous growth in the amount of assets under management in the country. Today, it is the fastest growing asset management market in the world.

The market is entering a new stage with increased openness to asset and fund managers coming from abroad to establish new ventures, as well as the development of new sophisticated financial product ranges. Despite the vast opportunities, the regulatory environment remains a challenge and consumers must learn to navigate the increasing assortment of financial products to decide which investments platforms are right for them.
