INGREDIENTS
1. Spinach (palak saag)
2. onion
3. chana dal
4. coriander seeds
5. cumin seeds
6. red chilli
7. Onion
8. tamarind
9. Garlic
10. mustard
11. Curry leaves
12. Turmeric powder
13. Red chilli powder
14. Salt
STEPS :-
1. In a kadhai add oil chana dal,cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chilli. Fry it for 5 minutes and transfer it to a mixer jar.
2. In the same oil add onion and tamarind. Fry it till golden brown.
3. Grind the above transferred spices to a coarse powder and add onions to it and grind them again.
4. In the same kadhai add oil,chana dal,garlic,cumin seeds , mustard,curry leaves and red chilli.
5. Now add spinach, turmeric powder, redchilli powder and salt
6. Now add onion paste and mix everything.
7. Serve hot with rice!
