As documentarians, how can we alter this stigma, particularly when Indian documentaries are gaining international recognition at film festivals and awards ceremonies? This panel aimed to offer tips on the most effective ways to market and distribute your documentary after it has attained the prestigious “world premiere” status at a festival. The focus was on attracting more viewers, particularly in South Asia, for our valuable true stories.
