Sinking funds have honestly made me so much more relaxed about money without having to stress about credit card payments. Even if you don't match this spending with a credit card and just spend the money you save up, sinking funds will 100% positively impact any and all financial anxiety as they're an AWESOME tool to manage your money.

You can get super specific with sinking funds—for example with the travel fund, you can even have specific funds within the travel fund of:
- transport
- accommodation
- food & drink
and loads more. The more specific you are, the less anxiety you will have 😆
